Terms of Service

Truee (“we,” “our,” or “us”) · Effective April 22, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Truee mobile application and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be old enough under the laws of your place of residence to enter a binding agreement and use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose risk to the Service or other users.

3. The Service

Truee provides a community-oriented experience, including feeds, circles, comments, support features, and optional in-app purchases. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may remove content, restrict features, or terminate access for violations. Some decisions may be automated or human-reviewed depending on risk and available signals.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, display, and distribute your content solely to operate, promote, and improve the Service, consistent with your settings and applicable law. You represent that you have the rights needed to grant this license.

6. In-app purchases and credits

The Service may offer optional consumable in-app purchases (“IAP”). When you buy a pack, you receive a bundle of in-app credits that can be spent only inside Truee on the features we designate (for example, sending support on posts or unlocking certain premium support flows). Credits are not cash, not stored-value money, and have no real-world cash value except where mandatory consumer laws say otherwise.

Billing. IAP is processed only through the authorized mobile application store that distributed Truee to your device. The store’s checkout, payment methods, receipts, and purchase terms apply in addition to these Terms. We do not receive your full payment card number for those transactions.

6.1 Pricing and display

Prices, taxes, and displayed currency are set by the store for your region. The price shown in the store at the time you confirm payment controls. In-app labels are for convenience and may differ slightly from the store’s localized price.

6.2 Delivery and errors

Credits are normally granted immediately after the store confirms a successful purchase. If credits do not appear, you may use the store’s restore or purchase history tools where available, and contact us with proof of purchase if the issue persists. We may refuse or reverse credits that we reasonably believe stem from fraud, exploitation of a defect, or duplicate redemption.

6.3 Use, expiration, and changes

Credits are consumed when you use eligible features. Unless we state otherwise in the product, credits do not expire solely because time passes; we may still modify or retire features that accept credits, in which case we will use reasonable efforts to communicate material changes inside the app. We may adjust pack sizes, prices, or which features consume credits, consistent with applicable law and any required notice.

6.4 Refunds and chargebacks

Refund requests must be directed primarily to the store that processed the payment, following that store’s policies. Where the law does not require otherwise, all completed IAP sales are final with respect to Truee once credits have been delivered and consumed. If you obtain a refund or chargeback after receiving credits, we may revoke remaining credits, suspend the account, or close the account to the extent permitted by law and store rules.

6.5 Prohibited conduct

You must not: obtain credits through unauthorized third-party sellers; manipulate receipts, spoof purchases, or abuse promotional codes; exploit bugs to inflate balances; or use purchases in violation of the store’s developer or user policies.

6.6 Taxes

You are responsible for any taxes associated with your purchases other than taxes we are required to collect and remit as shown at checkout by the store.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including branding, software, and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

8. Third-party services

The Service may link to or integrate third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The Service is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or emergency services. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim or (b) fifty U.S. dollars, except where limited by applicable law.

11. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law, to the extent permitted by law.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or harms the Service or others. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction you select for your entity, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction will have exclusive venue, unless applicable law requires otherwise or you have mandatory consumer rights elsewhere. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the updated Terms with a new effective date and, where appropriate, provide notice in the app. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
